Perhaps you’ve already made a start but are running out of ideas and motivation. Or you’re worried this requires having someone stand over you shouting at you to work faster/harder?  Not necessarily so!

I am a fully qualified and insured personal trainer covering North West Kent, encompassing some parts of South East London, Dartford/Gravesham and the Medway areas.

I work with male and female clients of all ages (18 and above) within their own homes, local parks/recreational areas and on occasions use gym facilities in the Dartford area. 

Available seven days a week, mornings, daytimes and evenings, I have a range of portable exercise equipment and I will vary your sessions to not only expand your repertoire but also ensure you and your body don’t get too bored.  Our sessions can also include nutritional advice if required.
